Asunción Santamaría, directora del CeDInt, ponente de la Jornada "Pozuelo Smart City: Presente y Futuro"

On March 23rd the IT department of Pozuelo de Alarcón council celebrated the session: “Pozuelo Smart City: Present and future”, addressed to professionals of technology and public administration.Asunción Santamaría, was appointed speaker in the round table “Pozuelo Smart City: Future”.
Ms. Paloma Adrados Gautier presented the technological platform Carriots CityLife: “Pozuelo Smart City”, implemented in the council introducing a big improvement in the management model of Pozuelo de Alarcón introducing:
- Intelligent watering of 11 parks and gardens
- PIntelligent Parking for 900 spaces in the council
- Public lighting
- Energy efficiency on Council House
The final objective of the project “Smart City” deployed by SICE is the developement of an architecture of information and comunications solid, open, and horizontal highly scalable to manage sustainably the council services of the city.
