The Portable Virtual Reality System allows us to showcase our virtual reality developments at conferences, exhibitions, or directly at our clients’ facilities. It consists of the following components:
- 1 rear-projection screen (2.4 m × 1.8 m, 120″) with a rigid aluminum frame and supports for vertical installation.
- 2 DLP projectors with native resolution of 1400×1050 (SXGA+), 2500 lumens, active/passive electronic conversion, a dedicated alignment support system, and two integrated linear polarization filters.
- Polarized glasses (plastic and cardboard).
- 1 HP xw9300 workstation with AMD Opteron 252 CPUs (2.6 GHz), 4 GB DDR-400 ECC RAM, 146 GB U320 SCSI 15K HDD, Broadcom 5751 Gigabit network card, nVidia Quadro FX4500 PCI-Express 512 MB graphics card, and MS Windows XP Professional 64-bit operating system.
- Electronic signal duplication system, including all necessary cables and connectors.
- Transport case.
