On June 24, 25, and 26, CeDInt-UPM welcomed participants of the “Inspiring Visits” sessions, coordinated by Sergio Vega, במסגרת the activity organized by the think tank ESA-ESAC – SUSTAINABLE BCC for the European Engineering Learning Innovation and Science Alliance (EELISA). This activity was part of the event’s official agenda and allowed attendees to learn firsthand about the research and technological work carried out at the center.

The visit began with a presentation in the CeDInt auditorium, providing an overview of the center, its research areas, working groups, and most representative projects. This was followed by a guided tour of the facilities:

– IoT Madrid Lab (IoTMadLab): where participants explored both the indoor laboratory and the outdoor pilot site, with demonstrations of technologies developed in the field of the Internet of Things.
– Virtual Reality Laboratory: attendees experienced different ongoing projects through immersive VR demos using virtual reality headsets.

These visits are part of CeDInt’s commitment to scientific outreach and open collaboration within the innovation ecosystem.
