Luca Piovano presenta el proyecto OPREVU en el Smart Mobility Day 2021.

Our researcher Luca Piovano participated yesterday October 26th, 2021 in the Smart Mobility Day, organized by the Transnet project. During the day, which took place at the IFEMA pavilion in Madrid, the preliminary results of the OPREVU project were presented, as well as a general presentation of the project to the attendees. The presentation under the title "Pedestrians and virtual reality to optimize autonomous emergency braking" was part of the program of the day "Smart Mobility" in which, together with other speakers, various topics and projects were presented such as:

  • Sustainable mobility in Portuguese universities.
  • Multimodal mobility manifesto: concrete example of successful public-private cooperation.
  • Aerial urban mobility.
  • Technological challenges and opportunities of the new urban aerial mobility.
  • Mobility with solar energy.

During the morning also took part in the Round Table on Commercial Roads and Advanced Air Mobility, roles and challenges to build a safe commercial route under the UAM - Advanced paradigm and Air Mobility.
