Ángel Losada de INSIA - UPM presentará mañana el artículo "Improvement of the AEB activation algorithm based on the pedestrian reaction" en FISITA 2021.

Tomorrow, September 16, Ángel Losada Arias, PhD student at the University Institute for Automobile Research Francisco Aparicio Izquierdo (INSIA-UPM), will present the paper "Improvement of the AEB activation algorithm based on the pedestrian reaction" at the 38th FISITA World Congress 2021. This work concerns the first results obtained within the Spanish project OPREVU, led by the INSIA research group on Safety and Environmental Impact of Vehicles and Transport (GIVET) in collaboration with the Virtual Reality and Data Visualization Research Group at CEDINT. The complete list of authors comprises Javier Páez Ayuso and Juan José Herrero Villamor (INSIA) and our colleagues Francisco Luque Oostrom, Luca Piovano and Asunción Santamaría Galdón. The presentation, scheduled for the session on "Passive and Integral Safety", will be held virtually because of the restrictions for the current pandemic situation.
